Capt. Pavan Murthy, PTR Charter Member, USPTA, USTA is closely associated with KINESIS as Advisor for all tennis coaching programmes and the development of the coaching curriculum. Capt Murthy is a former Middle East tennis champion and the coach of the Bahrain National/Davis Cup team. In addition to his stupendous achievements in tennis, Capt Murthy is a postgraduate electrical engineer and a qualified pilot, who has worked as a Commander on American Airlines. |

| The academy follows the internationally certified USPTR system. The PTR is a global organization of more than 10,700 tennis teachers in 125 countries certified in a standardized, fundamentally sound teaching method. |

Coaching programmes are designed to suit persons of varying abilities and ages. At the youngest level, the Munchkin course is an introductory programme catering to children between 5 to 7 years. Older children (7 to 16 years) are categorized into the Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels and the curriculum is modified to meet their varying standards/skill levels. The curriculum includes a tennis-specific cross-training basketball programme, which has been developed with the assistance of R. Rajan, former international basket ball player and coach. |
