KINESIS believes that tennis coaching should be conducted in an environment that comprises the three components of EXERCISE, EDUCATION and ENTERTAINMENT.

We design our coaching sessions towards introducing our students to the wonderful world of sports in a fun-filled manner. Our coaching sessions, particularly for children, are a blend of instruction interspersed with fun games and drills.
